We are excited to announce that Hawk’s Nest Grill will be re-opening for lunch and dinner!
OPENING NIGHT IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY, 12th. Dinner will be served on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Kitchen hours are 5pm to 9pm. Dinner seating will be by RESERVATIONS only. We will be open for lunch every day from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. beginning Monday, February 15, 2021.
We are strictly following COVID-19 regulations. You will be required to wear a mask until you are seated and are served a drink or food. You will also be required to wear a mask to-and-from the restrooms and while exiting the dining room.
Some tables and chairs have been removed in order to follow spacing and distancing guidelines.
We have installed multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility and we encourage all patrons to utilize them.
We have trained all staff to follow COVID-19 rules throughout their shift.
For your added protection, Cooper’s Hawk and Hawk’s Nest Grill have installed ultra-violet bacteria filters and iWave air purifiers in every HVAC unit. This will also help all members and guests with allergy and asthma issues. Additionally, we will be using our sanitizing fogger machine daily.
Please note that our space is limited as per Department of Health guidelines and you might be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle until the tables are cleared and sanitized properly. We will be utilizing both indoor dining and our enclosed heated deck.
When making reservations, you please specify your request for deck or indoor dining.
Sam Cooper will continue as our Executive Chef and has developed a menu that will please the family. Additionally, he will be offering two or three specials each weekend, depending on the availability of fresh ingredients.
Karly Williams is serving as Front House Manager and Bartender. She has vast experience here and will be in charge of reservations, seating, server training, COVID regulations and general dining management. She is currently assembling our group of servers.
Jared Lester continues as assistant chef and lunch cook. Jared has worked alongside Sam for a few years and has proved his worth at both a dinner and lunch. He is a graduate of Ozarka College School of Culinary Arts.

Please call Hawk’s Nest at 870-368-4366 or Karly at 870-615-2257 for reservations. Please do not call the pro shop. They will not be able to confirm reservations.
Even though Hawk’s Nest Grill is RESERVATIONS only for dinner, we will be able to accept occasional walk-ins if we can accommodate and can follow COVID space guidelines.
CARRY OUT – we will be happy to serve carry-out for lunch and dinner. Please call 870-368-4366 for carry-out orders during service hours.
